Hey y’all! I’m Amy! I was born and raised in Greenville, South Carolina. I started my hair journey in the suburbs of Atlanta for 5 years, then decided to take my craft back to where my heart calls home, Greenville! I have the most supportive husband and the sweetest little boy on the planet. I love to work and be in the salon… it is my happy place! On Saturday’s you’ll see me in orange, pulling for my Clemson Tigers! I have always dreamed of opening up my own salon to provide a fun environment with an amazing team! We are SO excited to share The Greenville Hair Bar with you and can’t wait to see you there!

Hi! My name is Alli! I’m so excited to call The Greenville Hair Bar my forever home. I have been in the hair industry since 2009. After moving to Charleston and doing hair in Mt. Pleasant, I turned my focus onto specializing in blondes. My daughter always keeps my husband and I on our toes! Can’t wait to see you in my chair!

I take pride in enhancing my clients outer beauty and making them feel their best, most beautiful self. I have been in the industry for 11 years, diligently building my clientele. To ensure my clients stay trendy and classy, I am continuously educating myself and staying on top of the latest trends and techniques. My passion is bringing my clients dreams and visions to life! I am thrilled to plant new seeds here at The Greenville Hair Bar and continue to grow!

Hey y’all! I’m Julie. I grew up here in Greenville. After college I moved to Charleston where I lived for six years. I loved the coast but I still didn’t feel quite at home. So I moved back to Greenville in 2007 and started my hair journey soon after. I have been doing hair for over a decade now and love every minute of it! I love being in downtown Greenville and I’m excited for this next chapter. When I’m not behind the chair, you can find me with my husband, three sweet kids, and three rescue dogs. I look forward to having you in my chair!

Hello everyone! My name is Taylor Heintze and I cannot wait to grow with you! I was born and raised in the Upstate of South Carolina and have loved calling Greenville my home for the last seven years! Before I landed in Greenville, I had the opportunity to train and start my career in Charleston right after college. In my spare time, I find myself as a full-time dog Mom, to the cutest two pups, Hartwell and Lucy. I try to spend all of my free time with my friends and family and I love cooking and practicing yoga. I also have a true love for traveling which started as a child, when I had the opportunity to live overseas in Italy with my family.
Throughout my career as a stylist, I have had the opportunity to be a part of some really unique experiences! Amongst those, I’d say some of my favorites were being able to apprentice under two of the most talented artists in Charleston and Greenville, working on movie and television sets, and being on the Charleston Fashion Week HMUA team! I was also featured in Talk Magazine as a stylist, where I also had the opportunity to style the cover of an issue. I am also a reoccurring guest on the Work It Wednesday segment of Your Carolina with Jack and Megan.
I specialize in balayage, blonde coloring, age-corrective color, cutting and smoothing treatments. My absolute favorite part of my job is using my training and learned skillset to create a harmonious cut and color specific to each client, which makes each client feel like their very best self!

Hey Greenville! I’m Mary Kathryn Smith! I’m originally from North Carolina but I have lived in Greenville for the past 24 years. I’m a proud wife and mommy to three beautiful boys and enjoy playing tennis in my spare time. I attended Clemson University and obtained my Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing but my passion stands in the beauty industry so I quickly returned to what I love after college. I graduated from The Academy of Hair Technology in 2010 and apprenticed under one of the top stylists in Greenville and continued working there for the past 10 years. I was so honored to be chosen as “Best Hair Stylist” in the Upstate in 2018! I’ve also been chosen as an elite stylist for Greenville Fashion Week and have had the opportunity to travel to NYC and other cities to take advanced color classes at the world-renowned L’Oreal Professional Academy taught by national platform artists. I specialize in creating custom color formulas, especially blondes and blonding techniques. I can’t wait to start this new adventure at The Greenville Hair Bar and be a part of an amazing team!

Hey, friends! My name is Taylor Waldrop. I am a recent graduate of Kenneth Shuler School of Cosmetology. I decided to take a leap of faith to pursue my passion back in January 2019 and go back to school for cosmetology after working in marketing for a couple of years. I am a Clemson University graduate and when I am not working, you can find me somewhere on the lake or in Death Valley cheering on my Clemson Tigers! I am so excited and ready to meet everyone, as well as begin building my clientele!

Hi, I’m Ashley! Born and raised in the Greenville area, I am so excited to be a part of The Greenville Hair Bar! I have been behind the chair for over 10 years. While I love all things hair, my passion is lived-in blonde and low maintenance customized color. Traveling to train from top stylists as far as Arizona and California is something I enjoy doing as it pairs two of my favorite things — learning and travel! My husband and I love taking our children and dog, Tango, exploring whether it’s just to the mountains for the day or out west for a few weeks!

Hi Guys, I'm Anna! Denver, CO has been my home as of late and will be my forever love, mountain withdrawal is a real thing I promise, but as of September 2020 life took me on a move across the country to Greenville, SC which is now where I'm looking forward to creating and establishing my life to be close to family! Cosmetology has been my passion all of my life and as of this year I am going on 6 years of being a licensed professional. Training with and working alongside some of the best colorists in Denver I am excited to bring my experience here and build a strong clientele. Listening, caring for. and creating relationships with my clients is my top priority. Specializing in Blondes, Bridal Hair, and Pre-Wedding Color brings me absolute life although I do offer and am highly experienced in all men and women's cuts and color services. I also own a traveling beauty company that offers on site hair and makeup for weddings. I created this business, Nomadic Beauty, 3 years ago in CO and fly back to do weddings there alongside of my team that will continue to service all of CO as I expand and build a new team in Greenville and the surrounding states. It has been an honor to be featured in the Denver Voyager Magazine, Magnolia Rogue Bridal, and online with Wedding Wire in Denver as well as Charlotte now. Hi friends, my name is Mackenzie, I’m from the Upstate and Greenville has been my home for the last 4 years. I attended the University of South Carolina, before deciding to pursue my dream of creating art through hair. I graduated from Paul Mitchell The School Greenville in August 2018. After graduating, I assisted a very talented salon owner and group of women here in Greenville for a year before going out on my own. I wouldn’t be the hairstylist I am today without their training and support. Part of what I love about my job is educating my clients on their hair, and also training and helping new stylists. As for my clients, I strive to provide you guys with the knowledge and care you need in order to keep your hair looking fresh long after leaving the salon. My specialties are — balayage, custom coloring, blonding, handtied extensions, and men’s cuts.
I have a King Charles Spaniel named Zoe and yes, I spoil her way too much. My favorite music is EVERYTHING - some of my most beloved are; Led Zeppelin, the Revivalists, Kenny Chesney, Shania Twain, Greta Van Fleet, Dave Matthews, Fleetwood Mac, and Jimmy Buffet. I love red wine and a cold Miller Lite. I grew up doing all things outdoors and try to get outside as much as I can. My favorite place to be is on the water. You can catch me there every chance I get. Most of all, I love my career, I love the hair, I love the art, but I also love the people. I am inspired every day and that is something I’m grateful for! Hello there! My name is Ally and I have been working behind the chair since 2015! I’m originally from Lexington, SC and moved to the Upstate when I attended Clemson University. After graduating in May 2019 with a BS in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Management, I made the move to Greenville to continue my career in the hair industry. My time in Clemson and Greenville has allowed me to work alongside some of the most talented stylists that have encouraged and supported my growth. After the wild year that 2020 was, I took a step out into faith and joined the Greenville Hair Bar team. Some of my favorite services to provide are blonding, balayage, cutting, handtied extensions, and special-event styling.
If I’m not in the salon, you will most likely find me with my dog, Covie; boyfriend, Dylan; or friends and family! I’m happiest when I’m outside—anything from hiking in the mountains to relaxing on the coast! I’m always down for trying new breweries, brunch spots, and boutiques.
My passion is bringing others happiness and helping all who sit in my chair feel radiant from the inside out. The best part of my job is using my craft to connect with others, share in moments, and pour love into every minute spent together! I’m excited for the opportunity to share in these moments with you!
